This Chevrolet Camaro is said to be one of 602 Z28 models produced for the 1967 model year and was sold new at Hult Chevrolet in Madison, Wisconsin. Power comes from a period correct 302ci V8 mated to a Muncie M21 four-speed manual gearbox and a 12-bolt 3:73.1 Positraction rear end. The car is finished in Mountain Green with black stripes and was optioned with the RS package, which featured hidden headlights and exterior trim changes. Additional factory equipment includes power-assisted front disc brakes, Rally wheels, a black vinyl top, and more. This first-year Camaro is offered on consignment by the selling dealer with a certificate of authenticity from Jerry MacNeish, its original purchase contract, manuals, sales literature, and a clean Virginia title.

The body was repainted in its original Mountain Green (H2) under previous ownership and features black Z28 stripes as well as an optional black vinyl roof. Other equipment includes the 3L Rally Sport Equipment option consisting of hideaway headlights, special taillights, RS badging, and more.

Painted steel 15″ Rally wheels wear chrome hubcaps and beauty rings, and are mounted with Goodyear Wide Tread GT tires all around. The car is equipped with optioned with power-assisted disc brakes up front.

The cabin features bucket seats upholstered in black vinyl and includes a trio of Stewart Warner gauges mounted below a Delco AM radio. The five-digit odometer shows just under 40k miles, approximately 200 of which have been added by the current owner over the last year.

The replacement 302ci V8 is said to bear block casting #678 and VIN stamping 18N424982, indicating a 290-horsepower version originally fitted to a 1968 Camaro. The Muncie M21 four-speed manual gearbox shows case casting #3925660 and routes power through a 12-bolt Positraction rear end with a 3:73.1 gear ratio.
