This 1967 Chevrolet Camaro convertible was acquired by the seller in 2017 and was subsequently modified with work consisting of installing a supercharged 6.2-liter LSA V8 engine, a 6L90 six-speed automatic transmission, a replacement convertible top, and 3.73:1 gears as well as replacing brake and suspension components. This black-over-black example features power steering, Vintage Air climate control, Ridetech coilovers, tubular front control arms, a four-link rear suspension, Wilwood six-piston and four-piston disc brakes, 17″ American Racing wheels, and an aluminum radiator with electric fans. This Camaro convertible is offered with a clean Utah title in the seller’s name.
The body is finished in black and is said to have been repainted under previous ownership. Features include a replacement black convertible top, an RS-style grille, a cowl hood, concealed headlamps, push-lock hood pins, dual mirrors, a front spoiler, Rally Sport badging, and a chrome rear bumper. Features include Vintage Air climate control, a T-handle shifter, retractable front lap belts, and polished door sills. The radio, rearview mirror, and left front window crank handle are missing.
The aftermarket steering wheel frames a 120-mph speedometer and a tachometer. Three auxiliary gauges are mounted ahead of the shifter. The five-digit mechanical odometer shows 12k miles, approximately 15k were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The replacement supercharged 6.2-liter LSA V8 is said to have been installed under current ownership and features long tube headers and an aluminum radiator with dual electric fans. An oil change was performed in 2022.
