This 1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS convertible was produced at the Norwood, Ohio, assembly facility and delivered new in New Brunswick, Canada. The car was acquired by the current owner, Baseball Hall of Famer Reggie Jackson, in 2014 following a refurbishment and is finished in LeMans Blue with a powered black convertible top over a black vinyl interior. Power is provided by a replacement 396ci L78 V8 mated to a numbers-matching Muncie M21 four-speed manual transmission and a 12-bolt Posi-traction 4.10:1 rear end. Additional equipment includes 14″ body-colored steel wheels with chrome covers, Goodyear Polyglas tires, power-assisted front disc brakes, power steering, a front chin spoiler, black hockey stick stripes, front bucket seats, a Hurst shifter, and a push-button AM radio. This Camaro SS is offered on dealership consignment in North Carolina with a GM Canada Vehicle Description, an NCRS Shipping Data report, a certificate of authenticity from Jerry MacNeish, and a clean Arizona title.

The car was reportedly refinished in its factory shade of LeMans Blue with a powered black convertible top as part of the aforementioned refurbishment. The body features black hockey stick stripes along with SS and 396 badging, and equipment includes a chin spoiler, a satin black tail panel and grille, fog lamps, and faux hood and quarter panel vents. The majority of the selling dealer’s provided photos were taken in July 2020.

The 14″ body-colored steel wheels wear chrome Chevrolet-branded covers and are mounted with F70-14 Goodyear Polyglas tires. The car is equipped with power steering, and stopping power is provided by power-assisted front discs and rear drums.

The cabin features front bucket seats and a rear bench trimmed in black vinyl with matching a dashboard, door panels, and carpets. The two-spoke steering wheel wears an SS emblem and frames a 120-mph speedometer along with a fuel level gauge. The five-digit odometer shows 94 miles, which is said to represent the mileage since completion of the refurbishment. True mileage is unknown.
