This 1968 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 was initially delivered to Ed Randalf’s Fields Chevrolet of Portland, Oregon, and is powered by a 302ci V8 linked with a four-speed manual transmission and a 12-bolt rear axle. The car is finished in blue with white stripes over black vinyl upholstery and features front and rear spoilers, power steering, power front disc brakes, 15″ Rally wheels, a rear sway bar, rear traction bars, and Edelbrock shock absorbers as well as a center console, woodgrain interior trim, a Muncie shifter, and a push-button Delco radio. The car spent time in Oregon and Washington before being acquired by the owner in 2003. Work in 2023 consisted of repacking the wheel bearings, repairing the reverse lights, and replacing the heater core, washer fluid pump, starter, and valve cover gaskets. This Camaro Z/28 is now offered on dealer consignment with manufacturer’s literature, a Protect-O-Plate, 2023 service records, and a clean Washington title.

The car was finished from the factory in Grotto Blue (D-D) with white stripes and is said to have been repainted under prior ownership. Exterior details include Z/28 badging, front and rear spoilers, rear bumper guards, and chrome bumpers along with polished rocker-panel and wheel-arch moldings. There are chips in the paint on the front panels and both doors, and additional blemishes are shown in the gallery.

Silver-finished 15″ Rally wheels wear chrome trim rings and center caps, the 195/75 Coker Classic redline tires show 1999 date codes. A non-matching spare is stored in the trunk. The car features power-assisted steering, a rear sway bar, rear traction bars, and Edelbrock shock absorbers. Braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear drums. The brake and power steering fluids were serviced and the wheel bearings were repacked in June 2023.

The front bucket seats and rear bench are trimmed in black vinyl and joined by a color-coordinated dashboard, door panels, and carpeting. Details include a center console, faux woodgrain trim, a Muncie shifter, a cabin heater, and a Delco push-button AM radio.

The three-spoke steering wheel frames a 120-mph speedometer and a tachometer with an inset clock. The clock does not work. Additional gauges mounted in the center console display coolant temperature, battery status, fuel level, and oil pressure. The five-digit odometer shows 2,700 miles, approximately 500 of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.

The 302ci V8 features an aluminum intake manifold with Winters markings as well as a four-barrel carburetor and chrome valve covers. Work in 2023 consisted of replacing the starter, heater core, washer fluid pump, and valve cover gaskets as well as performing an oil change and coolant flush.
