This 1967 Chevrolet Camaro coupe is finished in gold over matching vinyl and powered by a 327ci V8 mated to a two–speed automatic transmission. The car was acquired by the seller from the original owner in 2021, and subsequent work included replacing the battery, tires, and brakes. This first-generation Camaro shows 23k miles and is now offered with maintenance records, two keys, a Jerry MacNeish Certificate of Authenticity, the original order form and Protect-O-Plate, manufacturer’s literature, the original battery, and a clean Illinois title.
The car is finished in Granada Gold with black pinstripes and features chrome bumpers and windshield surrounds. Additional features include parking lights, a driver’s side mirror, door edge guards, and Camaro badging. The seller reports that the car underwent a front-end repair under previous ownership.
Steel 14″ wheels wear polished covers and are wrapped in 205/75 Nexen HPriz AH5 tires with 2021 date codes. Work under current ownership is said to have consisted of replacing the brakes.
The seating is trimmed in gold vinyl and joined by a matching dash, carpets, and door panels. Equipment includes manual windows, deluxe lap belts, a tissue dispenser, polished sill plates, and a locking glovebox. The car was optioned from the factory without a radio, and the carpets were reportedly replaced under current ownership.
The gold three-spoke steering wheel fronts a 120-mph speedometer and a fuel level gauge. The five-digit odometer shows 23k miles, approximately 300 of which have been added by the seller.
The 327ci V8 was factory rated as 210 horsepower and 320 lb-ft of torque. The seller reports that the idle needs to be adjusted.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a two-speed Powerglide automatic transmission and a 2.73:1 positraction rear axle.
The original order form lists optional accessories as well as a total delivered price of $2,620. A Certificate of Authenticity from Jerry MacNeish of Camaro Hi-Performance LLC is included in the sale and shown in the gallery.
