This 1967 Chevrolet Camaro coupe was refurbished and modified under previous ownership and was purchased by the seller in 2021. The car has been refinished in metallic gray with silver stripes over a black interior and is powered by a 462ci V8 mated to a Tremec five-speed manual transmission. Other modifications include a Budnik steering wheel, a Hurst shifter, a Weiand intake manifold, a Holley carburetor, a March pulley system, MSD electric ignition components, Hooker headers, and 17″ Budnik wheels in addition to AutoMeter carbon-fiber gauges, power steering, Dynamat sound insulation, an Alpine head unit, and Vintage Air climate control. This modified Camaro is now offered with an appraisal document and a Colorado title in the seller’s name.

The body was refinished in 2012 and painted metallic gunmetal gray with silver stripes and features a cowl hood, an SS-branded filler cap, a rear spoiler, and chrome bumpers.

Polished 17″ Budnik wheels are wrapped in 235/45 front and 255/45 rear Sumitomo HTRZ tires. Stopping power is provided by power-assisted front disc and rear drum brakes. Modifications are said to include Bilstein shocks at all four corners and a 1″ front anti sway bar.

A Budnik steering wheel frames AutoMeter carbon-fiber instrumentation consisting of a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges for fuel level, oil pressure, voltage, and water temperature. The digital odometer indicates 1,200 miles, approximately 50 of which were added by the seller. True milage is unknown.

The firewall has been partially smoothed and painted to match the exterior. The replacement 454ci V8 is said to have been bored to 462ci and modified with the following equipment:

  • Hooker Super Competition ceramic-coated headers

Power is delivered to the wheels through a Tremec five-speed manual transmission and a 12-bolt rear axle with a Detroit Locker differential. Additional underside modifications are said to include powder-coated control arms and subframe connectors, spray-on bedliner on the underbody, and a chromoly driveshaft.
