This 1967 Chevrolet Camaro coupe underwent a refurbishment in 2015 that involved a repaint and an interior retrim as well as installation of a Ram Jet 350ci V8, a 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission, and a Moser 12-bolt rear axle with a Positraction differential. The car is finished in black and features a cowl-induction hood, RS-style hideaway headlights, and front and rear spoilers. On the inside, the adjustable front bucket seats and rear bench are trimmed in black leather with houndstooth inserts and accompanied by a custom stereo, a Classic Auto air conditioning system, and Classic Instruments gauges. Further equipment includes a UniSteer power steering system, power-assisted disc brakes, tubular front control arms, coilover rear shocks, and 17″ American Racing wheels along with an HEI ignition system, a four-row aluminum radiator, and a dual exhaust system with long-tube Hedman Hedders headers and an X-pipe. Acquired by the seller in 2017, this modified Camaro coupe is now offered with partial service records and a clean North Carolina title in the seller’s name.
The body was delivered from the factory in Emerald Turquoise Poly and was repainted black as part of the aforementioned refurbishment. A cowl-induction hood, RS-style hideaway headlights, and front and rear spoilers are further details. The door and window seals were replaced and a New Port Engineering windshield wiper system was added as part of the build.
The 17Ă—8″ front and 17Ă—10″ rear American Racing Torq Thrust wheels are finished in black with polished rims and mounted with 215/45 and 245/40 Riken Raptor tires, respectively. A UniSteer rack-and-pinion power steering system, a Hotchkis rear sway bar, tubular front control arms, and power-assisted disc brakes were added as part of the build, and coilover rear shocks were installed under current ownership.
The adjustable front bucket seats and rear bench have been trimmed in black leather with houndstooth inserts and are accompanied by a color-coordinated, dash, headliner, and door panels. Four-point harnesses are fitted up front, while lap belts are equipped out back. A Bluetooth-capable Custom Autosound stereo is connected to a Kicker amplifier and aftermarket speakers, and the car was rewired using an American Autowire kit. Further details include a Classic Auto air conditioning system as well as power door locks and various billet aluminum accents.
An aftermarket steering wheel is mounted to an IDIDIT tilt column and paired with a floor-mounted Lokar billet shifter. Classic Instruments gauges include a 160-mph speedometer with an inset tachometer along with a combination gauge. The five-digit odometer shows 5k miles, approximately 2kof which have been added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The trunk features a custom box and is trimmed in black leather.
The factory inline-six was replaced with a Ram Jet 350ci V8 as part of the build completed in 2015. A replacement fuel tank and sending unit have been added, and the exhaust system is comprised of coated long-tube headers from Hedman Hedders as well as an X-pipe and Magnaflow mufflers.
