This 1968 Chevrolet Camaro coupe is a gold-on-gold example that underwent a refurbishment under previous ownership and is powered by a 327ci Turbo-Fire V8 linked with a two-speed Powerglide automatic transmission. Equipment consists of a black nose stripe, 14″ steel wheels with polished covers, woodgrain interior trim, front bucket seats, a floor-mounted gear selector, and a Delco push-button AM radio. This Camaro was acquired by the selling dealer in January 2023 and is offered with an owner’s manual, refurbishment photos, and a clean Florida title.
The car left the factory finished in Ash Gold (GG) and was repainted under previous ownership. Exterior features include a black nose stripe, a left-side mirror, chrome bumpers, and Camaro and 327 fender badging. Close-up photos of the body panels and lenses are provided in the gallery below.
Steel 14″ wheels with polished bowtie-logo covers are mounted with BFGoodrich Silvertown thin-whitewall tires. The suspension is comprised of independent coil springs up front and Mono-plate single leaf springs at the rear. Stopping power is provided by self-adjusting drum brakes.
The front bucket seats and a rear bench are upholstered in gold vinyl with pleated inserts, and the door panels are trimmed to match. Woodgrain trim adorns the dash and center console, and equipment includes a Delco push-button AM radio, crank windows, lap belts for all occupants, and a floor-mounted gear selector.
The three-spoke steering wheel fronts a 120-mph speedometer and a fuel level gauge. The five-digit odometer shows 15k miles, approximately 20 of which have been added by the selling dealer. Total mileage is unknown.
The 327ci Turbo-Fire V8 sends power to the rear wheels through a two-speed Powerglide automatic transmission.
