This 1967 Chevrolet Camaro coupe was modified in the late 1990s and is equipped with a 472ci big block Chevrolet V8 that is backed by a two-speed automatic transmission and a Dana 60 rear end. Further modifications include a nitrous oxide system, a Crane camshaft, KB pistons, and Hooker headers in addition to tubbed rear wheel wells, 15″ Budnik wheels, Strange axles, and a Flaming River steering rack. The bodywork is finished in blue with white stripes and mounted to a fabricated chassis. A fuel cell and components for the nitrous oxide system are located in the trunk, and the interior houses a roll cage and fixed-back bucket seats equipped with safety harnesses as well as a Grant steering wheel, AutoMeter instrumentation, a Hurst shifter, and a fire extinguisher. Acquired by the seller in 2006, this Pro Street Camaro is now offered with a seller-provided build sheet, spare rear wheels, and a New Jersey title in the seller’s name.
The bodywork is finished in metallic blue with white stripes and has been fitted over a fabricated steel chassis. Features include a removable hood and fenders, a rear spoiler, a non-functional bolt-on drag chute, and a chrome ladder bar. Areas of bubbling paint are noted.
Budnik 15″ wheels are mounted with 28×7.5″ Mickey Thompson tires up front and 33×18.5″ Hoosier Quick Time Pro Street tires. The car is equipped with Strange front and Wilwood rear calipers, a dual master cylinder with a proportioning valve, Strange 38-spline axles, and a Flaming River steering rack.
The cockpit is lined with black carpets and outfitted with a roll cage and fixed-back bucket seats trimmed in black and gray upholstery. Additional features include Simpson safety harnesses, a fire extinguisher, and a Hurst shifter.
The Grant steering wheel fronts an AutoMeter 160-mph speedometer and 10k-rpm tachometer. A fuel-pressure gauge is mounted on the cowl, and auxiliary readouts are housed in the dashboard and glovebox. The five-digit odometer shows 3,200 miles, approximately 2k of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
