1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Convertible

This 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air convertible is finished in red over red and gray upholstery and powered by a 283ci V8 paired with a two-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes dual carburetors, 14″ steel wheels, a Continental spare tire kit, a white power-operated soft top, bench seating, and a heater. The car was reportedly refurbished under prior ownership in Illinois, where it was acquired by the seller in 2015. Subsequent work completed between 2015 and 2019 included rebuilding the carburetors and replacing the speedometer, thermostat, fuel pump, ignition, spark plugs, and tires. This Bel Air convertible is offered with service records from current ownership, a spare key, and a clean Arizona title in the seller’s name.

The body is finished in red and was reportedly repainted as part of a refurbishment completed under prior ownership. Features include a white power-operated soft top with a red convertible top boot, a Continental spare tire kit, Bel Air quarter panel badges, and chrome brightwork on the grille, bumpers, side moldings, light surrounds, window surrounds, and side mirrors.

The 14″ steel wheels wear full covers with faux knock-off spinners and are mounted with Coker Classic whitewall tires that were installed in June 2015. Braking is handled by four-wheel drums.

The front and rear bench seats are upholstered in red with gray accents and are complimented by color-coordinated door panels as well as a red dashboard and black carpets. Features include a heater, a Wonder Bar push-button AM radio, vent windows, door panel armrests, an analog clock, and red rubber front floor mats. The seller notes neither the radio nor the analog clock function.

The two-spoke steering wheel features a full horn ring and fronts a replacement 120-mph speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows under 800 miles, and total mileage is unknown.
