This 1977 Chevrolet Camaro Sport Coupe was acquired by the seller from the original owner in 2007, and subsequent work consisted of repairing rust, repainting the body, and replacing the fuel pump, brake master cylinder, battery, and radiator. The car is finished in blue over white vinyl upholstery and powered by a 305ci V8 mated to a three-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes bright-finished window trim, rubber bumper protectors, power-assisted steering, power front disc brakes, 14″ steel wheels, air conditioning, a center console, an aluminum radiator, and a Realistic AM/FM/cassette stereo. This Camaro is now offered at no reserve with original manufacturer’s literature, service records, spare parts, and a clean Massachusetts title in the seller’s name.
The body is finished in blue and is said to have been stripped to bare metal and repainted under current ownership after rust repairs were performed. Equipment includes bright-finished window trim, rubber bumper protectors, polished rocker moldings, dual sport mirrors, and a dual outlet exhaust system. The bumpers are pitted, some window weatherstrips are cracked, and chips in the paint are shown up close in the gallery.
The 14″ steel wheels wear chrome beauty rings and are mounted with Cooper Cobra Radial G/T tires. A full-size spare and tire jack are mounted in the trunk. The car is equipped with power steering, and braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear drums. The brake master cylinder, parking brake cable, and left rear wheel cylinder were replaced in 2022.
The cabin features front bucket seats and a contoured rear bench upholstered in white vinyl joined by a color-coordinated headliner and door panels. Equipment includes air conditioning, a center console, a heater, shoulder belts, and a Realistic AM/FM/cassette stereo. The armrest is torn, the right front carpet has a hole, the headliner is sagging and torn, and the left front seat cover is cracking and has a split seam. A replacement headliner is included in the sale.
The four-spoke steering wheel frames a 130-mph speedometer, an analog clock, and a fuel level gauge. The five-digit odometer shows 57k miles, approximately 3k of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The 305ci V8 features a two-barrel carburetor, and service since 2013 is said to have consisted of replacing the fuel pump, fuel filter, battery, ignition coil, distributor, and cap as well as installing an aluminum radiator. An oil change was performed in preparation for sale, and there is corrosion on the radiator shroud, intake manifold, valve covers, and alternator cover.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission. Corrosion is visible on underbody, suspension, and exhaust system components. The transmission shift cable was replaced under current ownership.
Manufacturers’ literature, service records, and spare parts are included in the sale.
