This 1970 Chevrolet Impala Custom Coupe is finished in blue over blue upholstery and is powered by a replacement 454 V8 paired with a rebuilt three-speed TH400 automatic transmission. Equipment includes a black vinyl roof covering, 15″ Rally wheels, chrome bumpers, power-assisted front disc brakes, and dual exhaust outlets. The car has reportedly resided in Oklahoma since 2014 and was acquired by the seller in 2020. This Impala is offered at no reserve with removed parts, spare parts, and a clean Oklahoma title in the seller’s name.
The car is finished in blue and features a black vinyl roof, a driver-side mirror, dual exhaust outlets, chrome bumpers, and 454 fender badges. The seller notes the antenna is loose at the base, and blemishes are presented in the photo gallery below. Corrosion is noted in the inner and outer front fenders, and a hole in the bodywork can be seen behind the passenger-side front wheel. A fender patch panel is included in the sale.
Silver-finished 15″ steel Rally wheels wear chrome trim rings and center caps along with 245/60 Cooper Cobra tires. Braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear drums. A spare set of hubcaps are included in the sale. Work completed in 2021 consisted of replacing ball joints, tie rods, bushings, shocks, and coil springs, as well as rebuilding the front brake calipers and replacing the brake master cylinder, front and rear brake lines, front pads, and rear shoes.
The cabin is equipped with front and rear bench seats trimmed in Medium Blue Metallic vinyl upholstery along with a matching dashboard, door panels, and carpets. Simulated woodgrain trim accents the dashboard, doors, and steering wheel, and additional equipment includes lap belts, and Impala-branded floor mats. A tear is noted at the top of the passenger-side front seat, and the seller notes the Delco push-button radio is inoperative.
The aftermarket three-spoke steering wheel frames a horizontal 120-mph speedometer and a fuel gauge. Aftermarket AutoMeter gauges consist of a tachometer and readouts for oil pressure and coolant temperature. The five-digit odometer shows 45k miles, approximately 60 of which have been added by the seller. True mileage is unknown.
The replacement 454ci V8 is said to have been rebuilt under previous ownership. The seller notes that coolant leaks from the radiator cap. Modifications and components documented in the gallery below include:

- Replacement hydraulic lifters, pushrods, and rocker arms
- Speed Pro forged pistons, .030″ oversize
- Replacement water pump
- Ceramic coated Flowtech exhaust headers

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a rebuilt three-speed TH400 automatic transmission. A Pypes X-pipe dual exhaust system has been added. Additional underside photos are provided in the gallery below.
