This 1973 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 is powered by a 350ci Turbo-Fire V8 linked to a three-speed Turbo Hydra-Matic automatic transmission and a Positraction limited-slip differential. The car was first owned in California and acquired by the seller in 2010 following a repaint in its current shade of dark blue. It is equipped with a front spoiler, a rear decklid spoiler, power-assisted front disc brakes, and 15″ five-spoke wheels in addition to a floor-mounted center console, a Jensen cassette stereo, and black upholstery. This Camaro Z28 is now offered with manufacturer’s literature and a clean Nevada title in the seller’s name.
The seller states that the car was refinished in its current shade of blue in 2010. It is equipped with a front spoiler, body-color sport mirrors, a bright full-width front bumper, a rear decklid spoiler, dual exhaust outlets, and quad recessed round taillights. A paint chip on the door is noted.
Five-spoke 15″ wheels are mounted with 235/60 Firestone Firehawk tires. The Z28 package included higher-rate springs and shocks, front and rear stabilizer bars, and a quick-ratio steering box. Braking is provided by power-assisted front discs and rear drums.
The front bucket seats and individual rear seats are upholstered in black vinyl. Interior appointments include a Jensen cassette stereo, a floor-mounted center console, and a heater.
The steering wheel has a Z28 center cap and sits ahead of a 130-mph speedometer and a fuel-level gauge. The five-digit odometer shows 18k miles, a handful of which were added under current ownership. The seller reports that the fuel-level gauge is inaccurate.
The 350ci Turbo-Fire V8 was factory equipped with a four-barrel carburetor and was rated at 245 horsepower.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a three-speed Turbo Hydra-Matic automatic transmission and a Positraction rear differential.
