This 1955 Chevrolet 210 is a two-door hardtop that was acquired by the current owner approximately 11 years ago and is finished in two-tone yellow and white over a matching vinyl interior. Power comes from a 350ci V8 paired with a floor-shifted Turbo-Hydramatic three-speed automatic transmission, and additional features include an aftermarket air conditioning system, a Dual CD stereo, front disc brakes, 15” American Racing Torq Thrust wheels, and chrome bumpers, trim, and side-view mirrors. This Bel Air is being offered on consignment by the selling dealer with partial service records and a clean New Jersey title.
The pillarless hardtop body was factory-finished in Regal Turquoise and India Ivory (612S) and has since been repainted in yellow with a white rear section and roof. The trim, bumpers, and side mirrors are said to have been rechromed, and Bel Air badging has been fitted.
The polished 15” American Racing Torq Thrust wheels are wrapped in Mastercraft A/S IV tires sized 225/70 at all four corners. Stopping power is provided by front discs with rear drums, and the seller reports that suspension components have been replaced.
The cabin has been reupholstered and features two rows of bench seats trimmed in white and yellow vinyl with white door panels and black carpets. Lap belts are fitted for all occupants, and amenities include an analog clock, a Dual CD stereo, aftermarket air conditioning, and a chrome fire extinguisher mounted on the transmission tunnel.
A three-spoke steering wheel with a chrome horn ring sits ahead of a black metal dashboard housing a custom instrument panel with a 120-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary displays for fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and voltage. A Sunpro 10k-rpm tachometer is mounted atop the dash, and the digital odometer shows just under 4k miles. Total mileage is unknown, and the vinyl wrap on the steering wheel shows signs of wrinkling.
The 350ci V8 was reportedly installed during previous ownership and features a polished air cleaner, valve covers, and other accents. An oil change was performed in December 2020, and additional work has reportedly included the installation of a replacement exhaust, headers, fuel tank, and fuel lines.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a floor-shifted Turbo-Hydramatic three-speed automatic transmission. Additional underbody photos are provided in the gallery.
