This 1967 Chevrolet Camaro convertible is finished in yellow over black vinyl and powered by a 327ci V8 paired with a two-speed automatic transmission. Additional equipment includes a black convertible top, a retro-style stereo, and 14″ Rally wheels with redline tires. The car is said to have been refurbished prior to being acquired by the seller from its previous owner of 27 years in June 2021. Subsequent service included brake and exhaust work, a tune-up, fluid changes, and a carburetor rebuild as well as replacement of the fuel lines, heater core, and wiper switch. This Camaro is offered with a clean Pennsylvania title in the seller’s name.
The car was repainted in yellow with a black nose stripe under previous ownership and features a black convertible top, dual side mirrors, 327 badges, and chrome trim. Close-up photos of the body panels and imperfections in the rear window are provided in the gallery below.
Silver-finished 14″ Rally wheels wear chrome trim rings and hubcaps, and are mounted with 205/70 BFGoodrich Silvertown Radial redline tires. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel drum brakes. The brake master cylinder, lines, hoses, and wheel cylinders were replaced under current ownership.
The cabin features black vinyl seat upholstery along with matching door panels and carpets. Equipment includes wing windows, lap belts, a heater/defroster, and a modern retro-style stereo. The seller states that the wiper switch and heater core have been changed.
The three-spoke steering wheel frames a 120-mph speedometer, a fuel gauge, and a five-digit odometer showing 25k miles. Total mileage is unknown.
The 327ci V8 is fed by a two-barrel Rochester carburetor that the seller notes was rebuilt in summer 2021. An oil change was completed in preparation for the sale. Additional work under current ownership reportedly included replacement of the following:
- Exhaust system
- Fuel lines
- Spark plugs and wires
- Distributor points, condenser, cap, and rotor
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a two-speed Powerglide automatic transmission that is said to have received a fluid change along with a new filter and pan gasket. The fluid and gasket in the 3.08:1 open differential were also changed.
