This 1965 Chevrolet Chevy II Nova two-door sedan was refurbished circa 2010, and work involved installing a 350ci V8 linked to a four-speed manual transmission, refinishing the car in yellow, and refreshing the black interior. Further modifications include an Edelbrock intake manifold, a Champion radiator, American Racing 15″ wheels, front disc brakes, shaved door handles, a Sony CD head unit and trunk-mounted amplifier, a Hurst shifter, and a center storage console. Acquired by the current owner in 2020, this Chevy II Nova is now offered by the seller with a clean California title in the name of the owner’s business.
The car left the factory finished in Ermine White and was repainted in its current shade of yellow prior to the seller’s acquisition. The door handles have been shaved and are equipped with remote poppers. Additional features include a bright grille and headlight bezels, chrome bumpers, and dual exhaust outlets.
American Racing 15″ staggered-width wheels are mounted with Cooper Evolution front and Cobra Radial G/T rear tires. Stopping power is provided by front discs and rear drums.
The seller reports that the cabin was refreshed around 2010, and the front bucket seats and rear bench are trimmed in black vinyl. Noted flaws include a loose headliner and rips in the carpet. Interior appointments include a Sony CD stereo, a Hurst shifter, and a central storage console with integrated cupholders. An amplifier is housed in the trunk.
The aftermarket steering wheel wears a wrap and frames a 120-mph speedometer, an analog clock, a fuel gauge, and warning lights. An aftermarket tachometer is mounted to the steering column, and a trio of aftermarket readouts is centrally located below the dashboard. The five-digit odometer shows 70k miles, approximately 100 of which were added under current ownership.
The 350ci V8 was installed circa 2010 and is equipped with an Edelbrock Performer RPM intake manifold and a Champion radiator.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission.
