This 1976 Chevrolet Nova Concours was sold new in Denver, Colorado, and was purchased by the seller in 1990 from a friend who is said to have been its original owner. The car is finished in silver over a red interior and powered by a 305ci V8 coupled to a three-speed automatic transmission. Features include 15” Rally wheels with beauty rings and hubcaps, air conditioning, model-specific trim, and an AM radio. This Nova sedan shows 37k miles and is offered with 30 years of service records, a set of factory 14″ wheels and hubcaps, and a clean Colorado title in the seller’s name.
The car is finished in silver and features a Concours-specific hood ornament, beltline moldings, bumper guards, and fender emblems. The right front fender was repaired after an incident involving another vehicle according to the seller, while the right rear door and quarter panel were refinished following reported contact with a garage door opening.
Painted 15” GM rally wheels wear Hankook Optimo whitewall tires as well as chrome trim rings and hubcaps. Stock 14” steel wheels with tires and factory Concours covers are included in the sale.
The seats are upholstered in red cloth front and rear, with the dash, door panels, and carpets trimmed to match. Concours-specific woodgrain appliqués line the instrument cluster, doors, and knobs. Amenities include an AM radio and remote adjustment for the driver’s mirror. The car is also equipped with air conditioning, but the seller notes an issue preventing vent temperatures from dropping below approximately 65 degrees.
A two-spoke steering wheel frames a 100-mph speedometer with a five-digit mechanical odometer that shows approximately 37k miles, of which the seller has added 18k in the past 30 years.
The 305ci V8 made 140 horsepower and 245 lb-ft of torque from the factory when equipped with a two-barrel carburetor and a single exhaust. A new carburetor base gasket was installed in preparation for sale. The choke pull-off is not working according to the seller.
Power is directed to the rear wheels by a three-speed automatic transmission. Additional underside photos are provided in the gallery below.
