This 1970 Chevrolet Nova was acquired by the seller in 2019 and has since been fitted with a 5.3-liter L33 V8 that features a VS Racing 7875 turbocharger plumbed to a front-mount intercooler and a Holley Terminator electronic fuel injection system. A Gearstar-built 4L80E four-speed automatic transmission and an Eaton True-Trac differential have also been installed along with Viking adjustable coilovers, BMR torque arm rear suspension and front control arms, Corvette Z06 four-wheel disc brakes, 18” Budnik wheels, and a stainless-steel dual exhaust system with Magnaflow mufflers. The car is finished in white with a black vinyl roof over black vinyl upholstery, and additional equipment includes a Holley digital dash, dual Aeromotive fuel pumps, an aluminum radiator with electric fans, and a B&M shifter. This modified Nova is now offered with an NCRS Shipping Data Report and a South Dakota title in the seller’s name.
The car was repainted its current shade of white during prior ownership and features a black vinyl roof, Holley headlights, LED bulbs, and SS and 396 badging. Paint chips, scratches, and other imperfections are pointed out in the gallery below.
Black-finished 18” Budnik wheels are mounted with 245/45 Yokohama Advan Apex tires up front and 275/40 Nitto NT555 RII rubber out back. The four-wheel disc brakes were sourced from a Corvette Z06 according to the seller and feature cross-drilled rotors and Corvette-branded calipers. Viking 16-way adjustable coilovers have been installed along with a BMR torque arm rear suspension and upper and lower front control arms. Two spare Yokohama Advan tires and a lug nut adapter are included in the sale. The seller reports that the front tires rub and the power steering system whines during full turns.
The cabin houses front bucket seats and a rear bench trimmed in black vinyl upholstery and joined by a color-coordinated dashboard and woodgrain-accented door panels. A Budnik steering wheel and B&M ratchet-style shifter have been installed. Stains and a separating seam on the headliner are shown in the gallery. The car is not fitted with an HVAC system. A USB tuning cable is included in the sale.
The Holley digital dashboard incorporates a 160-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary displays. The digital odometer shows 1,100 miles, though total mileage is unknown.
