This 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu sport coupe was refurbished circa 2013 and equipped with a 454ci V8 crate engine that is backed by a four-speed manual transmission and a 12-bolt rear end. The car is finished in blue with dual white stripes over a black interior. It is equipped with 14″ Sport wheels, front disc brakes, a cowl-induction hood, a black grille, dual mirrors, and front bucket seats. Acquired by the selling dealer in 2015, this Chevelle sport coupe is now offered with a clean California title.
The car has been refinished in blue with white stripes and is equipped with a cowl-induction hood, a black grille, dual side mirrors, hideaway windshield wipers, chrome bumpers, and SS badging.
The 14″ Sport wheels are mounted with Goodyear tires. The car is equipped with power steering, and braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear drums.
The front bucket and rear bench seats are upholstered in black vinyl. Interior appointments include a Muncie shifter, a center console, and a cabin heater. The radio is missing.
The SS-branded steering wheel sits ahead of a 120-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary readouts. The five-digit odometer shows 23k miles, approximately 1k of which were added under current ownership.
The 454ci V8 crate engine was installed as part of the refurbishment and sends power to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission and a 12-bolt rear end.
