We’ve got a 1969 Dodge Dart GTS with the 383 big black motor under the hood. This beauty is done in B5 blue and it’s one of the nicest paint jobs we have in inventory right now. Undercarriage

The underneath of the car is real nice and clean, with orderly frame rails and floors. The steering and suspension, front and back, all look clean, and the shocks look relatively new. It has a nice dual exhaust system with Flowmaster Mufflers and a torque flight automatic transmission. The drive shaft is rebuilt, and it has an eight and three-quarter rear end with a posi in it. The car leaves two black patches on the pavement, indicating that it’s a posi. Overall, the undercarriage is in great condition.

Exterior

The body of the Dodge Dart GTS is exceptional, with clean metal and laser beam straight gaps. The B5 blue paint is laid out evenly and the metal flake is excellent, giving it a deep and polished look. The GT Sport decals and bumblebee stripe around the back add to its outstanding appearance. The rear glass and Redline tires are brand new, and the exterior is overall in mint condition, making it stand out on the road.

Interior

Inside, the trunk is painted slick with a new reproduction mat, and the door panels, armrests, window cranks, instrument panel, and dash pad all look new. The blue GTS embroidered mats, vintage Stuart Warner gauges, and console with slight wear make the interior a show-quality gem. The 383 big block motor in the engine compartment is correct and dated, with a set of headers and a big dual feed Chrome plated Holley carb with electric choke.

Conclusion

A dialed-in B5 Blue Dart GTS with a big block engine is a rare find and a true representation of the muscle car days.
