This 1969 Chevrolet Camaro convertible is finished in metallic blue with silver stripes over black leather upholstery and is powered by a 6.0-liter LS2 V8 paired with a four-speed automatic transmission and a Moser 9″ rear axle. The car is said to have been refurbished in 2020 by LC Classics of Tempe, Arizona, and was acquired by the seller in 2021 and subsequently relocated to Colorado. Work consisted of refinishing the body, retrimming the interior, and replacing the drivetrain, brakes, and wheels. Features include an RS-style hood and headlight assemblies, staggered-diameter forged alloy wheels, Baer four-wheel disc brakes, front and rear spoilers, a black soft top, tinted windows, bolstered bucket seats, Vintage Air climate control, and Cobalt instrumentation. This Camaro is offered with a clean Colorado title in the seller’s name.
The body was said to have been refinished in metallic blue with silver stripes as part of the refurbishment completed under previous ownership, which is said to have included removing the body from the frame. Features include a black soft top and top boot, front and rear spoilers, tinted windows, fog lights, body-colored bumpers, and an RS-style hood and headlight assembly. The glass is said to have been replaced during the refurbishment.
The forged alloy Boze Lateral-G wheels measure 18″ up front and 19″ in back and are fitted with Nitto NT555 Extreme ZR tires sized 245/40 and 275/35, respectively. The car is equipped with power-assisted steering, and stopping power is provided by Baer four-wheel disc brakes featuring Hydroboost power assist.
The cabin features bolstered front bucket seats and a rear bench trimmed in black leather and joined by a matching dashboard, door panels, and carpets. Amenities include Vintage Air climate control, manual windows, lap belts, and carpeted floormats. The ECU, diagnostic port, transmission controller, and fuse box have been relocated to the glovebox. The front seats, carpets, and upholstery were reportedly replaced during the refurbishment.
The three-spoke Billet Specialties steering wheel fronts Cobalt instrumentation that includes a 10k-rpm tachometer, a 160-mph speedometer, and auxiliary gauges for voltage, fuel level, oil pressure, and coolant temperature. The instruments were replaced and the digital odometer shows 1,100 miles since completion of the refurbishment, approximately 100 of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The 6.0-liter LS2 V8 is said to have been installed as part of the refurbishment and features chrome accessories, a cold-air intake, and body-colored covers. A Be Cool aluminum radiator is installed.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 4L80E four-speed automatic transmission and a Moser 9″ rear axle. Tubular exhaust manifolds and a custom stainless-steel dual exhaust system are installed.
