This 1969 Chevrolet Camaro was modified between 2007 and 2008 and acquired by the seller in 2018. The car is finished in blue and powered by a 6.0-liter LS2 V8 paired with a Tremec six-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes a carbon-fiber hood, rear spoiler, and front bumpers, along with 18″ Fikse alloy wheels, four-wheel disc brakes, C6 Corvette front suspension components, a 9″ Ford rear axle, a roll cage, Sparco seats, four-point harnesses, and AutoMeter instrumentation. Service in June 2022 included performing an oil change and a brake-fluid flush as well as replacing the tires, brake pads, and rotors. This modified Camaro is now offered with Alabama registration.
Rust was repaired and the fenders, doors, and quarter panels were replaced circa 2008, and the car was finished in blue. Equipment includes vinyl graphics, hood pins, tow loops, vented acrylic quarter windows, dual mirrors, and a racing-style fuel cap, along with a carbon-fiber rear spoiler, bumpers, and a vented cowl-induction hood. Fikse 18″ alloy wheels are mounted with BFGoodrich g-Force Rival tires measuring 315/30 up front and 335/30 out back. Stopping power is provided by Wilwood calipers over cross-drilled rotors at all four corners. The car is reportedly equipped with an Art Morrison front subframe, front suspension components sourced from a C6 Corvette, and adjustable front coilovers, and the rear suspension is a three-link design. The stripped interior features Sparco racing seats with four-point harnesses. Equipment includes a roll cage, a fabricated metal dashboard, push-button ignition, a Sikky Manufacturing billet shifter housing, a Hurst shift lever, a brake-bias adjuster, and a camera mount.
A Sparco steering wheel on a quick-release hub sits ahead of AutoMeter instrumentation including a 200-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer indicates 4k miles, approximately 1,500 of which were added during current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The 6.0-liter LS2 V8 was reportedly sourced from a fifth-generation Pontiac GTO and was installed during prior ownership. The battery and a fabricated fuel cell are located in the trunk. An oil change was performed in June 2022, and service in preparation for the sale reportedly included replacing the battery and performing a dyno tune. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Tremec T56 Magnum six-speed manual transmission with a 2.66:1 first gear. The car is equipped with a 9″ Ford rear axle.
