This 1969 Chevrolet Camaro was purchased by the seller in 2016, and a subsequent refurbishment was completed in 2023. Work included repairing and replacing metal panels, repainting the body in light green metallic, re-trimming the interior using black vinyl upholstery, rebuilding the 327ci V8, and installing a replacement three-speed automatic transmission. The car is equipped with SS badging, an RS-style grille, front and rear spoilers, 14″ Rally wheels, and front disc brakes as well as a center console, an aftermarket digital stereo, an aluminum radiator, and a Holley four-barrel carburetor. This Camaro coupe is now offered with refurbishment photos and a clean Ohio title in the seller’s name.
Originally finished in Frost Green, the body was disassembled and refinished in bright green metallic following replacement of the quarter panels, trunk floor, trunk lid, inner and outer fender wells, and cowl section. The car is equipped with SS badging and an RS-spec front grille with concealed headlights, and the seller states the vacuum lines and canisters for the headlight motors were replaced during the refurbishment.
The 14″ Rally wheels are mounted with 225/70 BFGoodrich Radial T/A white-letter tires. The car is equipped with power steering, and braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear drums. The front subframe was removed and powder-coated, the front suspension was overhauled, a front sway bar was installed, the rear leaf springs were replaced, and Bilstein rear shocks were installed during the refurbishment.
The cabin features front bucket seats and a rear bench that have been reupholstered in black vinyl. The seller notes that the dash pad, clock, door hardware, headliner, and carpets were replaced during the refurbishment. Appointments include an aftermarket digital stereo, a center console, a horseshoe-style floor shifter, and a cabin heater.
Instrumentation includes a 120-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and an analog clock. Four auxiliary gauges mounted to the center console provide readouts for battery charge, coolant temperature, fuel level, and oil pressure. The five-digit odometer shows 92k miles, approximately 500 of which were added under current ownership.
The 327ci V8 was reportedly rebuilt in 2019 and is topped with a Holley four-barrel carburetor. An aluminum radiator is installed along with a chrome Chevrolet-branded air cleaner lid and valve covers.
A TH350 three-speed automatic transmission was installed in place of the removed two-speed Powerglide unit in 2023.
