The 396ci big-block V8 is believed to be a replacement and sends power to the rear wheels via a 3-speed 700R4 automatic transmission and 12-bolt 3.75:1 Positraction differential. Additional components include an Edelbrock 4-barrel carburetor and dual-plane hi-rise intake, Jet-Hot coated Hooker long-tube headers feeding 3″ pipes, and MSD electronic ignition. Chrome accent pieces and an auxiliary transmission oil cooler have been fitted. An oil change and safety inspection were reportedly performed in September 2018.
The chassis has been refinished and detailed, and the suspension was reportedly rebuilt with new front control arms, ball joints, bushings, coil and leaf springs, and shocks as well as a Hotchkis rear sway bar. The fuel tank and straps were replaced, and new fuel lines run. Additional underbody images can be seen in the gallery below. A walk-around video below also shows an engine start and driving footage.
