This 1968 Chevrolet Chevelle Nomad station wagon was refurbished under prior ownership with work that included repainting the body in red with yellow flames as well as re-trimming the interior in tan vinyl. A replacement 350ci V8 was installed, and the ride height was dropped using lowering spindles and springs. Additional equipment includes a three-speed automatic transmission, a cassette stereo, American Racing Torq Thrust II wheels, power-assisted front disc brakes, an Edelbrock intake manifold, and a dual exhaust system. This Chevelle Nomad wagon was purchased by the seller in 2019 and is now offered with a clean North Dakota title in the seller’s name.

Polished 15″ American Racing Torq Thrust II wheels are wrapped in 215/60 front and 245/60 rear Fuzion tires. The ride height has been lowered, reportedly with drop spindles and lowering springs, and braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear drums.
The front and rear bench seats were reupholstered in tan vinyl under prior ownership and are accompanied by a recovered dash pad, a tan-painted dash panel, and coordinated carpets. A Kenwood cassette stereo is installed, and the rear bench can be folded flat.
The polished billet steering wheel fronts a a 120-mph speedometer, a clock, a fuel gauge, and indicator lights for generator, temperature, and oil pressure. The five-digit odometer shows 88k miles, approximately 2,500 of which were added under current ownership. The fuel gauge works intermittently.
The 350ci V8 was installed under prior ownership and features an Edelbrock carburetor and aluminum intake manifold, an HEI distributor, and polished valve covers with flame accents. Coated headers feed into a dual exhaust system with Flowmaster mufflers.
Power is routed to the rear wheels through a Turbo Hydra-Matic three-speed automatic transmission.
