This 1967 Chevrolet Chevy II Nova SS is said to have been purchased new by the seller’s step-great-grandfather and was inherited by the seller in 1983. Subsequent work consisted of installing a replacement 327ci V8 and stripping and repainting the body in 2009. This blue-over-black coupe features a two-speed Powerglide transmission, power steering, 14″ steel wheels, BFGoodrich redline tires, a center console, bucket seats, aftermarket speakers, and a retro-style digital stereo. This Nova SS is now offered with service records and a clean Florida title in the seller’s name.
The car is finished in blue and is said to have been stripped and repainted around 2009. Features include Nova SS and 327 badging, a rear quarter-panel mounted antenna, chrome bumpers, wheel arch moldings, and a dual-outlet exhaust that exits behind the rear wheels. The washer fluid pump works intermittently.
Steel 14″ wheels wear SS-branded covers and are mounted with 205/70 BFGoodrich Silvertown radial redline tires. A full-size spare is mounted in the trunk. The car is fitted with power steering, and braking is handled by hydraulic drums at all four corners.
The front bucket seats and rear bench are upholstered in black vinyl with a white accent stripe joined by color-coordinated door panels. Equipment includes a heater and defroster, a center console, an electric clock, Super Sport badging, black Nova-branded rubber floor mats, aftermarket speakers, and a retro-style digital stereo.
The 327ci V8 was installed under current ownership and is said to have been sourced from a 1967 Chevelle. Features include a black air cleaner, a four-barrel carburetor, and Chevrolet-script valve covers. An oil change was performed in 2022.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a two-speed Powerglide automatic transmission and a 10-bolt rear axle. An aftermarket dual exhaust system with resonators has been installed.
