This 1967 Chevrolet Chevy II Nova sport coupe was repainted red and fitted with a replacement 350ci V8 and 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission under prior ownership. SS badging and trim were also added, and additional equipment includes an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, tubular headers, body-color 15” steel wheels, a B&M shifter, and an Audiovox cassette stereo. The seller acquired the car in 2023, and work has since consisted of overhauling the brake system, rebuilding the carburetor, and replacing the fuel filter and tires. This Nova is now offered at no reserve with a clean Virginia title in the seller’s name.
The car left the factory finished in Emerald Turquoise (K) and was repainted red under prior ownership. Exterior details include a chrome fuel filler cap, a bright tail panel, and Super Sport and SS badging. Paint irregularities can be viewed in the gallery.
Body-color 15” steel wheels wear chrome hubcaps and beauty rings, and 215/70 Mohave Touring A/S tires were mounted in August 2023 after the majority of the photos in the gallery were taken. The car rides on KYB Gas-a-Just shocks and is equipped with unassisted steering and four-wheel drum brakes. The brake master cylinder, wheel cylinders, shoes, hoses, and hardware were replaced in 2023 along with the front wheel bearing seals.
The cabin features front bucket seats and a rear bench trimmed in black vinyl with color-coordinated door panels and carpets. Additional appointments include a B&M shifter, an Audiovox AM/FM cassette stereo, and aftermarket floor mats. There are cracks on the dashboard.
The three-spoke steering wheel wears an aftermarket lace-up cover and frames a sweeping 120-mph speedometer and a fuel gauge, while a trio of aftermarket auxiliary gauges are mounted below the dash. The five-digit odometer shows 81k miles, and true mileage is unknown.
The replacement 350ci V8 was installed under prior ownership and features an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, a Moroso oil pan, and a chrome air cleaner lid and valve covers. Tubular headers flow into a dual exhaust system with polished finishers. The carburetor was rebuilt and the fuel filter replaced in April 2023. The seller states the fuel tank and pump were also replaced under current ownership.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission. Additional underside photos are provided in the gallery.
