This 1967 Chevrolet Camaro was sold new by Lyle R. Grant Motors of Ontario, Canada, and is powered by a 350ci V8 paired with a four-speed manual transmission. The body is finished in yellow, and features include a black vinyl interior and matching roof, 14″ Rally wheels, power steering, chrome trim, hideaway headlights, a black front stripe, and a push-button AM radio. The car was recently acquired by the selling dealer, and service in preparation for sale included replacing the spark plugs and changing the fluids. This Camaro RS/SS is now offered with manufacturer’s literature, GM Canada correspondence, NHRA technical documentation, and a clean Florida title.
The car was repainted in Butternut Yellow under previous ownership and features a black vinyl roof and a black front stripe. Exterior details include a retractable antenna, a chrome side mirror, concealed headlights, SS badging, and chrome trim. The selling dealer reports that the left quarter panel was refinished and blended after the repaint.
Silver-finished 14″ Rally wheels wear chrome hubcaps and trim rings and are wrapped in Firestone Super Sport D70-14 redline tires. Braking is handled by power-assisted drums at all four corners, and a spare wheel and tire are located in the trunk.
The cabin is upholstered in black vinyl and features white stripes on the front bucket seats and the rear bench. Equipment includes a Delco push-button AM radio, rubber floor mats, a heater and defroster, a locking glovebox, lap belts, and manual-crank windows.
The three-spoke steering wheel wears an SS-branded horn button and frames a 120-mph speedometer and a fuel-level gauge. The five-digit odometer shows 60k miles, and total mileage is unknown.
The 350ci V8 is equipped with a four-barrel carburetor and chrome Chevrolet-branded valve covers.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a wide-ratio four-speed manual transmission.
Correspondence with GM Canada is included in the sale, along with an NHRA technical information form dated September 1966.
