This 1967 Chevrolet Camaro was refurbished under previous ownership circa 2010, at which time a 396ci V8 was installed along with a three-speed automatic transmission. The body was refinished in gold, and the interior was re-trimmed in black vinyl. Equipment includes a Holley aluminum intake manifold, a 12-bolt rear axle, power steering, power-assisted front disc brakes, 14″ Rally wheels, and redline tires as well as a center console and a digital AM/FM/cassette stereo. Acquired by the seller in 2019, this Camaro is now offered with spare parts, manufacturer’s literature, and a clean Maryland title in the seller’s name.
Finished from the factory in Granada Gold, the car was refinished as part of the aforementioned refurbishment. Details include a black nose stripe, covered headlights, faux hood vents, front and rear spoilers, vent windows, and SS badging.
Rally 14″ wheels are wrapped in 225/70 BFGoodrich Silvertown Radial redline tires. A spare wheel mounted with a Firestone redline tire is stowed in the trunk. The car is equipped with power steering, and braking is provided by power-assisted front discs and rear drums.
The cabin features front bucket seats and a folding rear bench that were reupholstered in black vinyl during the refurbishment. Additional equipment includes a center console, a heater, a lockable glovebox, Camaro SS-branded rubber floor mats, and a digital cassette stereo.
The wood-rimmed three-spoke steering wheel fronts a 120-mph speedometer and a tachometer, while a clock and gauges for fuel level, water temperature, oil pressure, and battery charge are mounted in the center console. The five-digit mechanical odometer shows 5k miles, approximately 1,600 of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown. The seller states the speedometer gear and bullet were replaced in August 2020.
The retrofitted 396ci V8 is equipped with a Holley intake manifold, a Mallory distributor, and a chrome-finished air cleaner housing and valve covers. The dual exhaust system is equipped with aftermarket headers and Flowmaster mufflers. The thermostat was replaced and the coolant was flushed in May 2020, and the K&N air filter was replaced and an oil change was performed in September 2023.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a TH350 three-speed automatic transmission and a 12-bolt rear axle. The seller states the transmission fluid and gasket and the differential oil and seals were replaced in August 2020.
