The selling dealer acquired the car in 2021 and subsequently replaced the chrome taillamps. This Bel Air Nomad is now offered in Canada with a V8 Passion magazine featuring the car and Quebec registration.
The bodywork was refinished in Sunburst Orange and cream under previous ownership. Features include a wrap-around windshield, two-piece tailgate, fender-mounted wind splits, dual mirrors, chrome bumpers, and twin tail fins with a concealed fuel filler under the left taillight assembly. The chrome taillamps are said to have been installed by the selling dealer in 2022.
The staggered 18″ Budnik wheels are mounted with Bridgestone Potenza RE050A Pole Position tires measuring 225/45 up front and 275/40 out back. A matching spare is included in the sale. The car is fitted with power steering, QA1 adjustable coilovers, polished Heidts front control arms, four-link rear suspension, and front and rear sway bars. Stopping power is provided by a CPP brake booster, a CPP master cylinder, and Wilwood disc brakes at all four corners.
The power-adjustable front seat, rear bench, and door panels are upholstered in brown and cream. Equipment includes Vintage Air climate control, an American Autowire wiring harness, a center armrest with cupholders, Lokar aluminum pedals, Chevrolet-branded floor mats, lap belts, power windows and door locks, polished dashboard trim, a retro-style digital stereo, and a satellite radio receiver. The rear window weatherstripping leaks.
The billet Budnik steering wheel is mounted to an Ididit column and frames a Classic Instruments gauge cluster. The five-digit odometer shows 4k miles, approximately 800 of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The 350ci ZZ4 V8 was installed under previous ownership and features a Holley four-barrel carburetor, an HEI distributor, a serpentine drive system, polished dress-up components, Bel Air-script valve covers, and a Griffin aluminum radiator with dual electric fans. An oil change was performed in 2022.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a 700-R4 four-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential with 3.08:1 gears. A stainless steel dual exhaust system with an X-pipe and Pypes mufflers has been installed.
A V8 Power magazine featuring the car is included in the sale.
The car does not have a title, as it is registered in a province that does not issue titles for vehicles. It is being sold on Quebec registration.
